Russian Strikes and Kremlin Statements
An extended-range Iskander missile struck Kyiv while Donetsk was hit in a major Storm Shadow/SCALP missile attack. [1] Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that strikes on Kyiv are continuing regularly in a targeted manner and claimed they are destroying military and military-adjacent infrastructure of the Kyiv regime. Delta Software Enhancing Ukrainian Drone Operations
Ukraine’s Delta battlefield management software pulls streams of battlefield intelligence, including drone video feeds, radio intercepts and satellite images, into a single platform that helps detect targets and distributes them to thousands of reconnaissance and attack drones. [4] The system creates rapid kill chains that have reduced target engagement time to three to five minutes from at least 20 minutes previously required for artillery response. [4] Col.
