Zelensky Warns of Russian Plans to Expand War
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that multiple intelligence services have information indicating Russia intends to expand its war activities beyond Ukraine to other states and possibly other regions of the world. [2] He said many intelligence services hold information that Russia wants to spread its war and activities to other countries and perhaps other regions. [2] Zelensky added that Russia is systematically attacking Ukrainian data centers and communications infrastructure to deprive the population of internet, telephone and digital services.
